Wild Plaice

A mild and sweet flavoured flat fish with a creamy flakiness similar to lemon sole. Our plaice is sustainably sourced by our Cornish fishing crews and is delicious steamed or pan fried with lemon and butter, or baked with summer veg like asparagus and cherry vine tomatoes.
