We take our Minute steaks from a variety of cuts, all with consistency in mind for our customers. Thinly sliced from lean cuts, trimmed and carefully packed, these steaks as the name suggests only need a minute to cook!

Simply pan fry for 30 seconds each side and they are ready. Ideal for sandwiches, these mouth-watering steaks give a great option for a lunchtime alternative. Instead, why not cut into strips and then quickly cook and add to a stir-fry or pasta.

Minimum Shelf Life: 7 Days

Producer:

The award-winning organic beef we offer is sourced from an Aberdeen Angus herd, bred on a coastal farm in Caernarfon, along with our own herd from our farm, exclusively set aside for Soil and Sea customers. These cattle are grass-fed to enhance tenderness and flavour. Further, the meat is dry-aged for 35 days in a chamber lined with Himalayan salt blocks.

The cattle enjoy their days freely grazing on a diverse array of native grasses, wildflowers, and herbs, wandering the fields and finding shade beneath the trees.

During winter, they are nourished with homegrown, organic silage and hay. We prioritise traditional British cattle breeds, known for their natural, slow-growing lives, resulting in exquisitely marbled beef. Afterwards, our beef is carefully hung for at least 21 days to enhance its flavour and tenderness.

We take immense pride in offering organic, pasture-fed beef of unparalleled quality.
