Soil and Sea is launched by the Bury family, who founded Eversfield Organic, and are champions of sustainability and ethical farming. They prioritise organic principles, biodiversity, and community engagement for generations of lasting impact.

Our conscientious approach to butchery, rooted on our organic farm, is overseen by seasoned butchers trained in tradition and expertly skilled in their craft.

We produce high-quality organic food, including grass-fed beef, pasture-raised lamb, organic vegetables and fruit, reflecting their unwavering commitment to excellence.
