Organic, Free Range Bronze Turkeys

Our free range, game hung and organic Bronze Turkeys offer a truly traditional Christmas dinner, with a subtle, mellow taste and succulent, tender texture. The organic turkeys are born and reared on a family-run farm just across the moor from us in Devon. They spend their days exploring the Dartmoor pastures, fed on an organic mixture and living in the most natural way possible. The care and attention put into producing these Great Taste Award-winning organic Bronze Turkeys shines through in the final product. A stunning and delicious Christmas turkey with a healthy layering of fat throughout for a second-to-none taste.

Pair with: all the trimmings and a delightful cranberry and onion gravy.

Organic Bronze Turkey Crown

This turkey choice is perfect for smaller celebrations, still keeping the wow factor of our award-winning whole Bronze Turkeys. Our organic Turkey Crowns have the legs removed by our traditionally trained butchers right here on our very own organic farm in Devon. What’s left is the juicy breast meat attached to the bone with golden skin and the wings left on, offering a delicious, easy to carve centrepiece. Our Bronze Turkey Crown is from the same family-run farm as our whole Bronze Turkeys, treated with the same care and attention and live the most natural lives too. They also come with that signature, award-winning taste and texture.

Pair with: organic bacon to lock in the flavour and moisture.

Organic Turkey Banquet Box

Take the fuss out of Christmas with our Turkey Banquet Box. Our classic Christmas Bronze Turkey from the local, family farm is paired with all the trimmings (we’re talking herby roasties, cranberry gravy, zesty sprouts, organic veg and a bottle of organic prosecco) for the ultimate organic Christmas day lunch. Plus, our banquet boxes come complete with easy-to-follow, reusable recipe cards – all you have to do is cook. All the ingredients for Christmas dinner packed in a box and available for nationwide delivery.

Organic Bronze Turkey Boned and Rolled

Using organic, free range Bronze Turkeys from the farm on Dartmoor, our beautifully Boned and Rolled Organic Turkeys from our skilled butchers are an easy to carve, family favourite. With the leg meat through the middle and breast meat on the outside, these boned and rolled turkeys have the same delicious, traditional flavour as our whole Bronze Turkeys and hold themselves well in the centre of any Christmas table.

Our boned and rolled turkeys are only bettered by the addition of organic bacon. Our Bronze Turkeys Boned and Rolled with Bacon are plated with streaky bacon to keep the centrepiece succulent whilst cooking. The result is a deliciously juicy, meaty flavour with the same easy to carve nature, pleasing the whole party.

Pair with: Roasted organic Brussels Sprouts with leftover turkey bacon!

We’ve put our popular organic Turkey Legs back in stock, alongside limited stock of Turkey Breast Steaks and Turkey Wings. Whether you pair these turkey trimmings with a traditional Christmas dinner, opt for a turkey stew or casserole recipe, replace your organic chicken legs with turkey or explore a glazed and crisp wing recipe, add them to your Christmas food delivery to enhance your Christmas food story.
