Fish4Ever's work to ensure all their tuna is pole or line caught and sourced locally in the Azores, leading quality and sustainability efforts. Their shipjack tuna chunks are taken from whole, fresh fish and bettered only by the addition of award-winning, organic olive oil.

We always promote and prefer small-scale local fishing because smaller boats deserve a fair share of the catch.
