We are thrilled to announce that our

won Champion in the Bacon category at the 2017 Taste of the West Awards.

The judges described our winning bacon as..."Complex flavours, with a good hit of smokiness complemented by its subtle sweet notes.  A delicious and rather different bacon!"

Dry cured organic streaky bacon, marinated in honey and smoked over oak chips to develop a gentle, sweet, smokey flavour. South West family farmed, produced from outdoor bred and reared pigs and dry cured by hand.
